Since Home on Dolphin Bay, a holistic health, healing, wellness and leisure retreat located in Bocas del Toro, Panama, is focused on the notion of holistic living, as a skill or service provider, your options for involvement are as varied as the ways in which connections between body, mind and spirit manifest toward an holistic lifestyle.

Folks with talents in areas such as Alternative Health and Healing Techniques, Creative Artists, Workshop and Program Leaders, Outdoor Adventure Guides and any other relevant Skill/Service Provider can become involved with the Retreat as:

• a Group Activity Organizer
• a short or long term Facilitator/Practitioner
• a full or part time Retreat Partner
• an Artist in Residence.

Of course, in all of these there are possibilites for shareholder status, profit sharing and/or paid compensation. These roles are not employment per se, but opportunities to shift from making a living to making a life. Consider them lifestyle choices wherein you are doing what you know and love, spending time in a tropical paradise, meeting new people and stashing away a few sheckles while you’re here.

Since we are still in the early stages of this lifelong project, those folks getting involved would certainly have an influence on the overall atmosphere and structure of the retreat centre.
