Wahoo!!… It’s official - We’ve sold 12 of the 24 available lots of land for sale in our residential project here on Dolphin Bay. Our newest neighbours actually purchased a couple weeks ago, but what with a brand new baby boy and building a retreat centre, seems I haven’t found time to revise the website and neighbourhood plan in time for a blog post.
But here I am now, sharing this splendid milestone in the develpoment of this project.
The future is bright indeed for the Finca Buena Vida Seaside Neighbourhood and the project wouldn’t be here without all the neighbours who had faith in my vision and ponyed up hard earned cash to join in the fun. And my beautiful wife Luna deserves a special thanks because without her rock solid commitment to the project and a crazy belief in my notions for a paradise found, we would still be a good deal closer to the starting line… I guess some lawyers ain’t so bad after all
The only downside is for future buyers
as I decided long ago to increase land for sale prices when this plateau was reached. It also coincides with the final push of road building and landscaping, after which all 2.5 km of major road infrastructure will be in place, as well as much of the leisuretime infrastructure that is sprinkled throughout the 50-some acres of Common Areas.
And the retreat is on track for a December opening, so all of this makes pre-development pricing a little out-dated - by the end of the year Home on Dolphin Bay, our Holistic Health and Wellness Retreat and Spa, will be open for guests and there will be at least two and maybe even three more, fulltime residents here at the project.
