Hi all,

Have finished up with the job ( last day last Friday) and I’m now concentrating on getting my condo rented out.  Hope it will be soon.

Susan and John are you having any luck selling your place?

Phillipe - how’s it all going?  Any time for an update of your progress?  Also, any advise regarding any items that can’t be purchased in the surrounding areas that you really wished you would have brought?

We had snow in Los Angeles!  It’s been unusually cold here.  I lost a lot of my plants due to ice.  Heater is running all the time - it is so dry here I find myself looking forward to the humidity.  I may end up eating my words…

Hope all is well with all of you.  Happy New year!

    Hello Colleen,

You lucky thing….have you rented your condo yet? And snow in LA?????that must be really unusual.

John and I have had no luck selling this old house..so far. It is really hard to stay positive about it but we are both looking at other ways to get us out there sooner.
More on that as it developes.

We have spent some time the last couple of days looking at another site re the Bocas area….it really should be linked do Swanny’s site as although it is not directly related to our bit of Paradise….it gives a real flavour to the type of life that is available in Panama for those that want a little more of the wild side. (No guys…not that “wild side”) The guys name is Rick, and he lives on one of the larger islands…Christobal???? also where there are no roads, and on a farm that he is reforesting and such. He seems to take time off for various canoe trips in the area and the site details some of the adventures and mishaps that he has got up to. It shows a very drastic contrast to the RED FROG BEACH lifestyle (thank God) the web site is called “Life in Bocas Del Toro Panama” if anyone is interested. It is nice to hear from you….and we hope that all goes well for you as you make the move.

CHOW?..(don’t know how to spell it correctly- LOL)

    Hi girls!

WOW! snow in Los Angeles! thats weird huh? how often does this happens??

Phillipe and Natalie took the kids for a 3 weeks skiing vacation in L.A. mountains, they must be having a blast!

The website Susan mentioned is www.outscape.net
Rick has become thru this years in a very good friend, he is an exceptional human being and I am really happy and proud of our friendship, I hope it last for ever.

Susan I hope plan B manifests soon!

Colleen see you in a little while! before I forget I need some homeopathic remedies is it possible for you to bring them down? but only if there is room in your lugagge, if not, no troubles.
