Well…..arn’t I the silly one…..tried at least a trillian times to just “comment” on everybodies blogs…..wrote pages and pages of descriptive adventures….worthy of publishing even in leatherbound tomes to be kept and cherished forever (bit old fashioned that) and when I press the button to save….it all…I mean ALL disappears into the “neverbeenwrittenethernet”. What a waste!!!….Finally figured it out though….have to go back to main blogs button….press….and then press the “contributers sign in” button and VOILA!….this blue and white page comes up….and it works! However, my brain is tired, and I need to play with less technical type stuff….and keep in touch with people in the almost as oldfashioned as snailmailway…(email)
I am so looking forward to living in in paradise where inovation and creativity matter more than commputer degrees. Even the coffee machines these days require a pilots license. LOL

Greetings from Lake Tahoe,
All our best to you all in or headed to la finca. Who will we see in January when Kristen and I visit? Swanny, the site looks great (except for the popups and google ads for red frog beach below the blog here). Kristen sends her hellos from Hawaii where she, her mom, and a friend who just finished intense radiation and chemotherapy are resting, reflecting, and playing. We are both looking forward to escaping the high Sierra winter a for little while and returning to la finca for some time away from biodiesel, hospitals, ice and snow, big coal, bills, newspaper deadlines, and general hustle and bustle - yes, even in little Truckee. Be well ~

Sorry for the Red Frog ads (I’m the web-site developer), but Swanny makes MONEY every time someone clicks one of those ads… If someone comes to this site, they are probably interested in what Swanny is offering, but if they see the Red Frog ad - this helps pay for the site. AND, they will see they commercialized nonsense that RedFrog is creating. AND, if they like it - good riddance to them. We get paid AND get rid of that diseased attitude.
Red Frog ads are win-win for Swanny.
Where did you see a pop-up? I swore I would never use a pop-up ad and if there is one here someone else installed it and we’d like to shut it down right away…

Also, about your posts just “neverbeenwrittenethernet” - LOL!!! That is my fault!!! There should be a little warning that appears once you’ve posted that says:
“Thanks for posting your comment. Swanny will review your comment and it will appear as soon as he approves it.”
This helps to drastically reduce blog spam. Otherwise, you’d be seeing all kinds of automated comments about porn, etc…
