Hey there folks…..Colleen has brought up something that John and I also wondered about….and in the interest of conservation of planet, parking (docking space),fees for same, maintainance costs, insurance costs, and even the initial outlay of funds to purchase a car/truck/van/and boat……a “communal” vehicle might be the way to go with regards to something to do a supply run in or even occasionally a “weekend away” (Where do you go when where you live is paradise?) With regards to a boat….I am having the same thoughts but with perhaps a couple of different types being purchases by a group of people. For example…someone might fancy canoeing as a pastime…but this type of craft is not practical for a trip into Bocus…John and I fancy something similar to a small dive boat (with a tarp roof) so that we can be covered when we dive…or i want to sit in the bay and paint. John also fancies a sail boat…but knows nothing about sailing…..Does anyone else have any thoughts or ideas on this subject?

Susan,
I would be completely interested in this whole concept. Probably kind of hard to do from here, but once we are there and getting a feel for things, let’s address it again. I most likely will never need a “full-time” boat for myself so it seems like a good plan to me. I do want my own snorkle gear though…there’s just something about that spittin thing.

Hello,
My name is Ian and I am a potential investor. I am wanting to make contact with some of the owners to get additional information on the project. I live in Washington State USA and would and would like to start correspondence with any of the current owners. My email address is ianbrandon@comcast.net
Thanks,
Ian

Hiya Ian….I have sent you an email telling you a little about our experience of purchasing on the Finca. I hope it helps address your concerns but feel free to write direct and ask…or post here again.
Regards,
Susan and John

Kristen and I would definitely be interested in talking more about this. Given that many of us are there infrequently, for the time being, there can certainly be created a scaled way that is cost effective, fair, and efficient.
